I read this article on forbes and thought of giving it a shot. So the first 7 days I talk about gratitude.
The first day certainly has to be about my family, my parents and sister. They have had a great influence on me. I have written about them earlier on my blog. My parents and My sister.
Since I wrote those posts, it has been a constant phase of discovery. As I and my sister worked on establishing our careers in the wild world (as cat stevens would put it), it has been great to have someone back home to share all our experiences with and seek guidance from.
As for my sister, well she has again moved to a level, where I can't be of any help to her. It's been amazing to see her grow the way she has.
